Kraken Is Now Available in Secret Terminal OCTA

Kraken is now available for trading in Secret Terminal OCTA. Connect your exchange account, open its order book alongside the chart, and trade in the same workspace where your other venues are already set up. Below, we explain why this matters for traders and how to get started.

What the Kraken integration gives you

You trade Kraken in a familiar interface: quotes, chart, order book, and your connected account, all the way to opening a position. Fewer switches between apps when you need to make a trade decision fast.

The second benefit is less obvious. In Secret Terminal, you can keep Kraken next to other exchanges and see the market context more broadly than a single order book shows.

What does this look like in practice? You track one coin across several venues and compare activity and orders: where there's a density level and where the order book is empty. Then you pick a Kraken instrument and trade it right there. This comparison helps with analysis, but it doesn't give you ready-made entry signals.

How to get started

• Update the terminal to version OCTA from the official website. The release includes installation and migration fixes after 2.0.
• Connect your Kraken account via API. Create a key in your exchange account dashboard and add it to the terminal.
• Select a Kraken instrument from those available in the list.
• Check the connection: open the order book and chart for that instrument and make sure quotes are updating and your account data is visible.
