Which exchanges does Secret Terminal support?
Secret Terminal supports connections to popular exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Whitebit. Connections are made via API keys. Once connected, data flows directly from the exchange: order book, print feed, clusters, and chart. The list of supported platforms is expanding.
Is there a mobile version of Secret Terminal?
There is no mobile version. Secret Terminal is designed for use on PC/laptop, where speed, hotkeys, and full access to the order book, print feed, and clusters are critical.
How does support work?
Support is available via Telegram. During working hours, we respond within a few hours. We help with API connection, basic terminal setup, and common technical issues.
Who is behind Secret Terminal?
Secret Terminal is developed by a team focused on scalping tools and order flow analysis. We design the product around real trading scenarios: speed, data readability, and execution convenience.
Who is the terminal designed for?

Secret Terminal is a completely free product.

Latest news, release notes, and announcements are published in the project's official Telegram channel. Notifications about new features and changes are posted there as well.
How can I suggest an improvement or report a bug?
We accept feedback through official channels. The more detailed the description (scenario, tool, time, screenshot/video), the faster the team can reproduce the issue and fix it.
How often are updates released?
Updates are released on a regular basis. The terminal updates manually and does not require a restart during trading.
Do you test the terminal for vulnerabilities?
Yes, we regularly conduct security audits of the codebase. We use encryption to store sensitive data, monitor library updates, and quickly patch any discovered vulnerabilities. If you find a potential vulnerability – contact support directly. We take such reports seriously and investigate them promptly.
